3. Payment and Fees

• Core Registered uses third-party payment processors to handle all transactions securely. Payment information is never stored on our servers.
• Entry fees are exclusive of any taxes or additional processing fees, unless otherwise stated.
• Processing fees are non-refundable. In the event of a refund (as described below), only the entry fee will be eligible for reimbursement.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Core Registered is not liable for any costs incurred by participants (e.g., travel, accommodation) due to event modifications or cancellations.

6. Participant Responsibility

• As a participant, you are responsible for ensuring that you meet the eligibility requirements of the event, including any age, health, or fitness conditions specified by the organizer.
• You acknowledge that participating in events, particularly physical activities, carries inherent risks, and you agree to participate at your own risk.
• You are responsible for following all event rules, instructions, and safety protocols provided by the event organizer.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

• By using our platform and registering for events, you agree to the collection, processing, and sharing of your personal information with the event organizer as described in our Privacy Policy.
