**Waiver and Release of Liability**

By  Ticking Agreement of Below , I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. **Assumption of Risk:** I understand that participating in the Enniskillen Running Club's 5km run (the "Event") involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, physical exertion, falls, contact with other participants, weather conditions, road and traffic conditions, and other potential hazards. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the Event.

2. **Medical Condition:** I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent my safe participation in the Event. I have consulted with a medical professional if necessary.

3. **Release of Liability:** In consideration of my participation in the Event, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Enniskillen Running Club, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, and any other involved parties (collectively, the "Released Parties"), from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, or damage that I may suffer as a result of my participation in the Event, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.

4. **Indemnification:** I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Event.

5. **Medical Treatment:** I consent to receive medical treatment that may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, or illness during the Event. I agree to be responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

6. **Photographs and Publicity:** I grant Enniskillen Running Club permission to use photographs, videos, or other recordings of me for promotional or marketing purposes without compensation.

7. **Governing Law:** This Waiver and Release of Liability shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland.
